Service Scope
BeastPG provides dynamic UPI QR generation and tools to help you accept payments via UPI-enabled apps. BeastPG is not a payment gateway, does not process payments, and does not settle funds between customers and merchants. Any transactions, settlements, disputes, chargebacks, or issues are strictly between the merchant and the customer.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using BeastPG, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use our services.
2. User Responsibilities
- You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
- Provide accurate and complete registration details.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Do not use our platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
3. Payment & Transactions
- All transactions processed through BeastPG are final.
- Ensure recipient details are accurate before making any payments.
- BeastPG is not responsible for failed transactions due to user error or insufficient balance.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Hacking, reverse-engineering, or damaging the BeastPG platform.
- Submitting false or misleading KYC or business information.
- Using stolen cards, UPI IDs, or bank credentials.
5. Service Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee constant availability. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
6. KYC & Compliance
Users may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for full service access. Suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Termination
BeastPG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if any violation of terms is detected or suspected.
8. Limitation of Liability
BeastPG will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
